Well eight years is a long time, but the OTC is a different place. A ticker with a decent share structure (you can safely assume 1.4 billion per otcmarkets) in today’s market, with no dilution, and plans to get current in today’s hot market is worth about .01+ ...if they announce big plans, it will be a multi-penny runner.
