There are no bans related to SELLING KGET! Check the posts!

The problem is buying KGET and for every sale there must be a buyer. Fidelity, Schwab, and E*Trade have banned buying Caveat Emptor stocks. TD Ameritrade, being owned by Schwab, will probably follow suit. The pool of buyers is being constricted by several major broker-dealers, meaning a smooth exit for sellers could become difficult, when the anticipated selling frenzy happens. Like with any P&D, the selling frenzy IS coming!
