President Biden has offered to help Texas during these trying times.

With offices in San Antonio & Austin Texas, USIO's gift card solution for The Compton Pledge, NY Mayor's COVID-19 relief fund & others, suggests USIO COULD be called upon, to lend a relief-fund helping-hand, while Texas digs-out from the storm.

Someone(s) can, will, must lend a helping-hand to Texans that don't have drinking water, food and other necessities.

USIO load and reloadable "Cards-of-Networking-Opportunity," with or w/o government help, could be called upon to lend a helping-hand in my opinion.
