I'm not sure.. I would recommend contacting Bob to determine what their intentions are. If it was me I would lease the apartments and have an ongoing revenue stream and if this philosophy pans out look to move immediately into complex number 2. In reality the concept should work great based on what is being done with similar models in other areas.
