Here is my speculation on what the update means...


"..in preparing disclosure relating to recent developments(GOVERNMENT GRANT TO HELP WITH MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION) regarding clinical trials for the Registrant’s lead drug compound, and in particular, developments (IT'S EUA TIME) on or around the filing due date relating to clinical trials in the United States and Russia...

I believe these two events are the most likely scenario that caused the delay in reporting. I don't think any other combo factors would be timed to our clinical trials. Both conditions mention clinical trials and I place a higher probability on the grant/eua scenario. I bet Im right!!
