I 2nd that notion. Why state that unless it was something to the positive. If it was a negative, he would probably disclose right away.

Can it be an EUA filing in Russia or US do to the immediate findings since like I have said many times - Viral Load will be something that they can see in the 24 - 48hr range via lab testing results from the patients and not something they would have to wait weeks for. Of course final results would need the full trial results, but they can open it up to further Compassionate Use or EUA like they did with Remdesivir prior to receiving all the results. Just my opinion.

But he went further than that in the same sentence:
"and in particular, developments on or around the filing due date relating to clinical trials in the United States and Russia."
The due date was yesterday, so the implication is obviously that whatever developments he's referring to occurred on or around yesterday.
