I am no fan of Edwin and I too have been involved with the KPAY PR's for the past 2 years and I will be surprised if any coal is delivered to Charlie Brown let alone a barge full of coal to China. So far, Edwin has missed at least 3 deadlines imposed by the contract for delivery of the coal and the excuses are classic Edwin PR excuses from his book "Excuses to Stock Holders and Investors".

But M24, you have been repeatedly reminded for 2 years that any kind of lawsuit or SEC action will not result in any recovery of losses by stock holders. Besides that, there is no SEC investigation and there are no lawsuits pending and none will be filed because no law firm will be interested in representing stock holders unless they can get their 33%-50% fee from a company that has no assets (except for nasal spray and an imaginary barge full of imaginary coal).

You should file your own case against Edwin and Kinerjay to recover anything if you should win your case. Also, I suggest that if you do file a case against Edwin and Kinerjay that you file a motion to seize the barge of coal and have it held until such time as your case is settled because that is all you will get if you should win.

Good luck M24
