I personally cannot buy on the Etrade Platform. I am not sure where any retail investors can purchase the ticker anymore. It does not seem as though these are retail purchases here. Not from $0.0001-$0.001. A Mystery at this point. No News/No Compliance.........
Ameritrade I can buy 10 million max shares at one time. I have bought and sold with not much of a wait 2 and 3 weeks ago. Just been watching the past week.
