yup, it is old news and today, this filing, they are opening a hail mary lawsuit to see if they can be the RM candidate again....
that is all that this is about....
they failed to deliver their end of the bargain when Remo first had an arrangement with them....
that arrangement failed and now Remo has control...
they are claiming that Remo doesnt have control....
it makes for good theater, but it isnt going anywhere....
perhaps they looking to settle out some cash because they see the stock price hit 3 pennys.... and so they think this may go away if Remo offers some shares.....
imho this is a serious buy opportunity dip.... the SS doesnt change one way or the other....
$ADHC has all the goods in place....
