Jimmy sold the 40 acre Lower Lake County property zoned 6 acres for mj cultivation recently to ECDI Holdings for $4m in cash/stock..ECDI reportedly picking up 100% of mortgage payments that will include rights to cannabis license applications..I'm assuming SGMD will have nothing to do with cultivation once license issued..gl
