Imma gonna translate for you...I think it goes like this:

State BUYS cameras from SafeBus Tech (which is now ATWT)...SALES equals PROFITS. They require that they be placed on buses as a safety measure AND to profit from fines. The school / school bus manufacturer doesn't pay for anything but the state gets the income from fines for those that illegally pass a stopped school bus. The camera snaps a picture and a fine is mailed to the owner of the vehicle - tracked from their license plate. One purchase for a lifetime of income or at least from the useful life of the school bus - I would guess these same cameras could be reinstalled on a replacement bus too.
