“Consecutive; to be even more specific, successful; realising quality-consistency in a cost-effective manner.”

So the belief is they have done consecutive production runs of varying quality that cost too much?

I believe the M contract was structured in a way to leave some profit for KBLB.

I’m no former angel investor but that is my understanding.

One may want to check what stage the company is in now. Regardless of where one thinks they should be, the reality is, they are a year-and-a-half removed from notifying the World of their transition from R&D into a production company. They have proven their dedication to making production happen since then. And, with yesterday's announcement, they have also proven that doesn't stop them from continuous development of their product line in the lab. Both are something future investors on NASDAQ will be wanting to see.

KBLB investment decisions are based more on "potential...without precedent."

KBLB is defining daily not only the future of their company, but, the future of the Spider Silk Industry. Call it "controlled speculation" on their part, though. As opposed to "pure speculation" on the part of investors and others.

The main issue with the non-believers and doubters in KBLB's abilities, is the inability to see past their perceived "problems" for the company to solutions. Combine that with a difficulty to view the future because the future hasn't been defined by any other company before. So, that's what breeds the impossibility scenario for them. Thankfully, we don't have a CEO who shares those views of impossibility!
