Bob, they are at least 50 "production runs" between now and all the egg production runs etc....from the time they noticed the drift. The only thing that might skew the estimate is refrigeration. Still... repeat repeat repeat. Even if half that number, mass production runs are proven. Might take more time to breed out fibers outside the desired range, or they already have. Either way, the protocols will catch or have already caught the weak links. Time will only improve outcomes...while there has been all this back and forth talking, they've been breeding.

The only thing that will convince some folks is the same thing. Time. With MS, it shouldn't matter as that is likely strictly for mundane uses. Now they apply what they've learned with near pure SS, and oh yeah keep trade secrets quiet....

Whether they purchase a new factory all together to make near pure SS,(NiPSS?) or start a new strain at Prodigy, I'd bet there is less difficulty with out of range drift. Again, time will tell.

I haven't had any luck finding our patent app in PAIR's yet.

<< There is no way KBLB would talk about up listing and go through all the motions of doing so IF consistent production was not present. Two plus two equals four, even in KBLB land. >>

NEWS FLASH: KBLB has been talking about "up listing" and commercial production since 2015:

December 7, 2015

"Management will look to uplist to a higher exchange upon completing near term commercialization goals."

"R&D will continue, but it is no longer necessary to create a product that is ready for market. Dragon Silk’s tensile strength increased by an additional 11%, with a number of samples exceeding 2GPa, and is ready for scale and sale."

You do the math.

Enough time hasn't passed for two complete consecutive production runs to even be a reality yet.

And how do you know that this has not occurred by now? Again, you miss the point. There is no way KBLB would talk about up listing and go through all the motions of doing so IF consistent production was not present. Two plus two equals four, even in KBLB land.

KBLB could never even consider up listing if they did not have consistent production.
