they need a company to go public...it has to be STHC...it will be on the OTC. Mark is the CEO of STHC..no other route..this is first..then joining TSX is second.

Ameca is a private company and STHC is the vehicle to go public regardless of which exchange.

They want listed on the OTC. Maybe move on to a higher exchange.
