My apologies.

Harry....The Zhabilov Trust, owns the patent to the ITV series.

When Harry gave rights to IMMB to manufacture his work(ITV-1) they gave him a hefty percent ownership(49%).

Harry flipped that ownership into ENZC, hence the 49% stake ENZC owns in IMMB.

Now the confusing part, both ENZC and IMMB claim patent holders to the ITV-1(ImmunH).

I speculate this is true because Harry is “involved” and tied to both.

What is going to come out of this could be good or bad for both companies, if the synergy is there this works. The Zhabilov’s are very wealthy.

The bad if either fails to deliver this is a ball of flames.
