Thanks for some of your recent posts.

I'm definitely interesting in expanding the list of toxic funders.

The main criteria I'm looking for is:

#1) Notes with terms that are toxic to the Issuer and the retail shareholders because of discounts to the market price and high interest rates, processing fees, and penalties.

#2) The Funder is involved in multiple transactions in multiple Issuers, creating a pattern of high volume trading.



Also, when possible please include as much information as possible, including the full name of the entities uses for the funding (as they appear in the SEC filings), the name of the control person of the entity used for toxic funding, and some examples of Issuers that were involved with the funder.
