I was in this back in late 2017. He did a podcast interview and said get ready for the..."perfect storm". Said everyone would be buying new homes soon, but that was just a big lie. He promised an audited 10-k and it wasn't. Tanked the stock from .0145 of nov 2017 down to where it is today before the current spike we've seen in the last few weeks. The price will NOT stay up like this for to much longer unless some major news comes out to help push it further. Last I heard he was selling ONCI to some group in Germany, but that was months ago.
