"The company is currently conducting its due diligence"

"The definitive agreement is still on track,"

ummmm..........if they are still doing DD, how can a "definitive" agreement be on track?

Typical pink sheets fluff, IMO.

Frzfram,

I have always used the 19th as my time frame for every thing to be completed, because I based my date off of this statement made in the Dec 20th PR.

On December 12, 2006, Franchise Capital Corporation announced that it had entered into a preliminary agreement to purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares of Aero Exhaust. The company is currently conducting its due diligence and expects to announce a definitive agreement with Aero Exhaust within the next 30 days.

NOW IMO, HERE IS WHERE THE PROBLEM COMES IN.

I know a lot of people are using the 12th as the 30 days, but I am counting from the 20 Dec PR, because it is saying too different things.

First, it says that on Dec 12th they entered into the agreement.

Second, it says, the company is CURRENTLY (which is why I started counting from Dec 20th)conducting its due diligence and expects to announce a definitive agreement with Aero Exhaust within the next 30 days.

I HAVE ALWAYS STATED THAT IT COULD HAPPEN ANYTIME BY OR BEFORE THE 19TH, and their last PR that gives mid Jan is right in line with my thinking.

I think too many pushing the 10th and 12th and now that those dates are here, people get nervous and sell when they don't see the news.

Again, maybe my thinking is off, but that is the time frame that I have always giving them, however, even I let a few convince me that it would be the 10th-12th.
