I did just speak to Rachel from OTC Markets for actually about 15 minutes. ACCR is CLEAN.

FOCUS...I am trying to help you.

I am cancelling all 186,984,379 of my restricted shares, and rebuilding them with a re-filed FORM 10.

Either way, through OTC Markets or our Company filings with the SEC and a refiled FORM 10.

If our FORM 10 is declared effective...STEVE and I talked about this in the AM.....I KNOW what needs to get done to effect a transaction in ACCR.

I've been filing in my SEC filings since 2018 that I was looking for a deal.

A DEAL.......did you hear me. only way PATRICK makes any money is in a transaction with a GOOD REAL COMPANY.

What is so hard to understand? THIS SHOULD BE A POSITIVE BOARD. I AM RAISING GUIDANCE.

Apparently, the principal realized he needed the shell designation as to take advantage of the newer piggyback exception, which allows some sort of broker facilitation of the stock for listing on otcm.
