If I'm not mistaken, they had 30 days to finalize the merger. Meaning they had until the 12th. They then have 4 business days to file the 8k. That means they have until the 19th to file the 8k. The PR will follow the 8k.

no they were to reach an agreement within 30 days of posting the LOI. They have to file 8K within 4 days of announcing the done deal.
