Not sure why there is such a disconnect between learning from the past vs painting it as an absolute representation of the future. It’s as if nobody is capable of learning from the past and moving FORWARD. The argument presented is one of wash, rinse, repeat.
I’m betting on the company learning, growing and progressing vs being stuck in an endless loop.
