Sorry, makes no sense. A buyer would simply set an asset transfer agreement, not buy shares in the open mkt. Unless someone knows something and is front-running that investor.

This isn't how these plays work.

There's no need to buy shares, but there is need to become the custodian of the shell through the State of Business registry.
If that is what's occurring. It's good to see the order flow through at the levels it is considering it only started trading again last Friday. We shall see, GLTA

I'm sticking with my guess that someone is buying control very cheap and will move a private company into the CKYS shell. Cheaper than an ipo.
