That sounds right with the SCOTUS orders, but I think at their conference meetings they discuss which cases they are working on and I believe Chief Justice Roberts gets to pick which one gets to write the majority opinion. Then they decide which opinions are ready for release and I think that's when they announce the next opinion release date. I think most of the opinions come out in May or June simply because they have to get prepared and listen to new cases, so I guess we will know more after their conference on Friday.
