There is of course no public information from which to arrive at that conclusion. i.e. Lawrence hire means financing is no problem

Wasn't top dog at Florida Fuel Connection. In fact, he's mentioned 1 time as a contact 6 years ago on a Florida Fuel Connection project.

Florida Fuel Connection established in 2013 and gone by 2017. Originates in of all places ... Palm Beach Gardens. LOL. Armbrust as CEO ... Armbrust Aviation dissolved Sept 2020.

and we all know Florida Fuel Connect was rail oriented project and could not get the entire system up because the lack of rail and shipping terminal port needs. Guess what ECSL/CyberFuels Terminal Gateway now has? Exactly
