I don't know this, and if this is true, why did Ron not state this in his letter to us?

I want to believe this is true, but Ron pretty much stated the opposite. What am I missing?

My understanding was that more folks wanted to get in on the project. But Ron already had the team in place already. As for the insurance issue - that has long since been resolved other wise the deal could not have been signed.
