I read the message from Nordnet now. They will not allow you to sell. You will have to move the shares to another brokerage in order to sell after March 31st.

Looks like TradeStation et al will be getting new customers who want to move their shares to a broker who isn't broken.

Yes You can keep them there. I have shares in an Australian company as well and have losses there I want to use in my taxreturn. Maybe I want to sell SIAF later this year also.
