All I can tell you is at FCE! May June 2019 the stock price went to .15 cents and longs that have been there for 5 years and spent big money gave up and left some stayed, most left. Same thing was said at FCE! it is a scam they had 50 years to figure it out, what has changed, Well months latter Exon Mobil gave them 100 million dollars and department of energy gave them 60 million dollars and 6 months later we went to 3.00 dollars. All I can say it all changes with real news on any stock. If you have doubts go small and there is always another ticker. OTC is fire and many up coming company,s with all types of story's in OTC land.
