The quick answer is that John Stanton owns 225 Million shares of USSE and has been financing John Rivera for years. Thus enabling JR to achieve his process of making his biofuel.

OSSG(which JS put in his 225MM shares of USSE) will soon become Pangea Ultima Corp and it is a holding company that Mr. Stanton will utilize to bring together super-technologies under one umbrella. You can check out the iBox to do further DD.
