Keeps getting better .
Did you follow the move from sgmd . .0013 to .007 . It moved way before the news hit .
The News leaked out from ecgi since they had news on the 9 th and Sgmd start to move a few days
Ahead of that . Then the investors started to pile in with increased volume .
30 million to 200 million to now 500 million .
This is call the smart friends money . It's the mechanics of pennyland .
Manipulative stock down then let it run . It's not a 3 day event but more like
A yearly event . Jimmy raised 4.5 million . Revenues are now 11 to 12 million a year and a
La location . What's not to like.


I remember when the acquisition of budcars was a scam . Now Sgmd could
bring in 3 to 4 million this quarter. And 11 to 12 million for the year and 30 million next year .
Christmas and holidays are big for Cannabis sales . Cannabis is a big stay at home play
And Sgmd benefited from it .

Remember Sec has been all over Sgmd way back since sea view.
And now a caveat ! Investor still keep piling In with money . If there was a scam I doubt
It's Sgmd with the Sec around them for 2 years .

If Sgmd can bring in 30 million which is very possible by next year and buy 30 percent of budcars

If the growth rate maintains a 200 percent growth rate . This is very easy to achieve in cannabis .
I see nothing here that tells me ecgi and Sgmd deal is not real . Yes jimmy is something else but
Jimmy has finally got some footing to make Sgmd a known company .

*Several things...First, jimmy's private held LMK Capital purchased Lower Lake property for $1,375,000..Jimmy nabbed a $250k sgmd deposit for original mj gig, plus a couple of mortgage payments puts us in $979k balance range

2nd, notice mention of 2,175 sq ft house, which just so happens to be included in the 6 acre zoned mj area..:)

3rd, notice Jimmy's LMK Capital originally purchased a 40+ acre property that included 6 acres zoned for mj, licenses yet to be received..Just so happens ECGI states property size is 1.7m sq ft...and 40 acres x 43,560 sq ft per acre equals 1,742,400 sq ft.

I was never a fan of Jimmy's Lower Lake seemingly self serving purchase..But possible Jimmy abuses ECDI dilution and finds a way to benefit sgmd..and who knows for ECGI, the Asian boys have a splendid track record with installing associates in several shells.

Expect Jimmy to update (and spin:) certainly by next Q financials.
