They must be experts to be able to develop real estate with no cash or capital. Another first in history. It does take a lot of expertise to lease an office. LOL

I like where they are headed two biggest industries out there upon reopening. Weed and travel.

The only way to do that is to make a specific request to the broker, while filling out a couple of forms. Comedy would be the expression on a broker's face if they receive a request from a SH to lock 100 shares of a Microcrap stock. Noooo...putting out a GTC order at a high price locks nothing. Read the small print in the agreement one agrees to with a discount broker.
