To go private I think it is out of question. Bernd Förtsch is a guy that likes to have access to the capital markets. He already bought many companies and didn't take any private.
He also made a few IPOs, so I think that is excluded.
Reverse merging TubeSolar into ASTI is a much bigger probability, but, I think it is not possible because TubeSolar is a German publicly traded company, not private.
Anyway this is to make big money, that I have no doubts.
