SF, do you have any inkling the S4 deadline filing "fine" imposed on Mullen after Jan 15, 2021? More specifically, will that money be staying with current net element shareholders to give us a slightly larger piece of the EV company or will that money be going with Mr Firer and the payment processing business after divestiture?
