Earnings have already been announced. There is no need for a quiet period. I don't think there will be a Shareholder Letter until the day of the earnings call. Dr. Chan knows there will be a lot of disappointment if he isn't able to provide an update on the FDA or REMOVE. I think he knows the pps can potentially take a hit if has to report there are further delays.
