I think you are referring to the legacy company of this ticker Klever Marketing (KLMK). That is what Darkpulse reverse merged into to go public. The filings will follow the history of KLMK up until the reverse merger.
Darkpulse Technologies Inc. was founded in 2010 by O’Leary and Brown as a spin out from UNB. They then licensed the patent from UNB. He got some money from Rick Gibson and set up shop in Arizona at the ASU Skysong Center. After a couple of years with little to no success, it essentially went dark until it was revived when O’Leary teamed up with Cellucci back in 2017 timeframe.
O’Leary’s son worked for Brian Conway a notorious penny scammer who knew Cellucci through Chip Rice a toxic penny financier...who also holds a good number of convertible notes in DPLS....no coincidence I am sure ;-)
It’s just a bunch of penny scammers playing in the same sandbox here.
