So, I heard back from Rhonda and received some very interesting news. Apparently she has fulfilled her duties as custodian and the custodianship has been discharged. All she told me was that she has worked with the new controlling group in the past and she trusts that they will be filing prior to deadline..

I was told that Richard Oravec is the IR of sorts I guess, I don't really know, I contacted him and he told me he was hired after the shell was acquired by the Chinese ( his words ). He said they have submitted changes to otcmarkets and are awaiting approval.

This is all I have for now... There should be a paper trail out there.
