No advising by Briscoe as far as I know. I think it was not a friendly departure but not very hostile either.
Once you are a public company like LBSR there are certain Fiduciary duties and rules. I admire Briscoe as a great discoverer but no where near that as a CEO. I do not blame him because no one has 20 20 vision but the company is much better run by CEO Brett Gross.
As far as Shares....well I am Sure Briscoe Is Intelligent enough to know the value of his own discovery to have kept and probably added...but I know exactly as much as you which is nothing really on how many shares he holds. Maybe you can estimate based on filings.
I think Brett Gross is doing every thing needs to be done for success and is not getting distractions.
