I still can't see anywhere there has been dilution. Your list of outstanding shares is only showing investors buying shares not new shares being added. The term outstanding shares mean the number of shares owned by investors not how many are available.

Definition by Wikipedia(Attached since maybe my previous post wasn't clear enough): Shares outstanding are all the shares of a corporation that have been authorized, issued and purchased by investors and are held by them. They are distinguished from treasury shares, which are shares held by the corporation itself, thus representing no exercisable rights. Shares outstanding and treasury shares together amount to the number of issued shares.

So by the definition above, the list you have posted only proves people are buying into the company not the Jack is adding shares. The only way for the outstanding shares number to raise is when investors buy shares. If Jack was adding shares and diluting the number of outstanding shares would be decreasing.
