You stated they have no recent filings and then said:
1.) "Hardly any sales"- Without the filings, how do you know? You don't!
2.) "Loads of toxic debt"- Without the filings, how do you know? You don't!
3.) "Imo they may not have been responsible for setting up their fake twitter account. But if you look at how they handled it, they let it fly for like 2 months before they ever said anything. No way it went on that long with them not knowing about it." - If they don't have a social media presence, why would they scour social media to combat false claims and fake accounts?
