Hayloft ...this is new territory for me when a Pink Sheet morphs into a fully reporting company . I would anticipate that 2004 / 5 / 6 should be submitted on 10KSB's , but I really don't know which format would be acceptable to the SEC for CyberKey's FIRST sets of Audited Financials .
Just for argument sake , if CyberKey uses the 10KSB format then the 2006 10KSB must be filed by March 31st , or electively sooner .
Once submitted then the first quarter 10QSB must be filed by May 15th , or electively sooner .
