Perhaps you should read the PR.
Scaling gen 1 is not in plans.
These panels will (hopefully) test and help finalize how to do the interconnection and collection of any hydrogen the gen1 may generate.

Not seen anything about gen11. that is decades away by extrapolation on timescales presented.
