Maybe....but do those activities matter to the average shareholder if they're going to go at that pace to getting the OS up to the authorized of 25 billion? 750 million new shares in the market is a lot. Even at a very optimistic 10 cents a share, that's 75 million dollars they need to justify for those shares. That's not even to say they're even close to being done selling. The share structure is not looking good for a long term hold as some want to imply. I made money off this stock but it's not from holding this thing. Don't be left holding the bag as they dilute into the market at this alarming pace.
