The first year expected planting area is approximately 5,000 acres, second year is 10,000 acres, and the third year is 30,000 acres.

This is truly amazing.

The farmer generates $112,000 per acre in revenue.

The CBD processor then sells it for $147,000 per acre ($369,000 per hectare). Conservatively. Prices have already come down substantially. So the farmer is probably making only half of that $112,000 now.

At the retail level it sells for up to $25 per gram or $25,000 per kilo = $1.25 million per acre. Probably not anymore.

$50,000 ---> $150,000 ----> $400,000 per acre

HERB could be making money 3x down the whole chain. They do everything, right?

I haven't followed the Marijuana hype out there lately. But we should definitely get some. Geez. This is what I was telling Snow recently.
