Crooked judges being shopped? Nobody knows it, but
back in 1992 Delta Air sabotaged Pan Am by taking over
many of its valuable routes (as part of a agreed upon
merger) without paying for them.
Delta refused to pay its debt and Pan Am was left in
a financial lurch.. after having been devastated by
refusal of support from govt after Lockerbie Terror Attack.
Pan Am... in dire straits... brought legal action against
Delta. The New York judge spent 2 weeks expressing how
brilliant the jury was during the trial.
But! When jury found unanimously against Delta and ordered
payment of debt for damages they caused Pan Am,
the judge overruled the brilliant jury.
The rest was history; as Pan Am devolved into a
traitorously ignominious death.
