anyone know why the consortiums can't publish general guidelines from the budget area? is this considered confidential info to them? it would help us all to get something official from them.

That makes it clear they all want to drill this year. It does not make it clear that they have found available rigs. Good information, but the problem has been and is rig availability. The rumors say they have found one, the price of our stock does not. Hope they have/will.

Afren has budgeted rig costs for block 1

in 2007 as well. Of course only for its part on the consortium.
