Thanks r3 — very insightful. I know this is all speculation. It could be very simple as cancelling the RS or there might be more to the story. I just found it strange they noted the RS would make the merger official so I figured had to be more to it... anyhow, RS news was huge negative impact to share value if they had to pay for acquisitions with shares (not good for that either!) and likely little recovery despite positive catalysts who would want to buy shares faced with RS and dilution. Nonsense. Best believe all parties involved (if it is the case) will be negotiating quickly to fix this matter promptly in coming days. They ruined the momentum and interest in this company, needs to be resurrected.
