If the BS halt hadn't happened the is they could easily of got financing at around 1.00 for 1 million dollars not very much dilution in the future either.. but someone is financing them they couldn't hire the people they have been with out $$$$$$$$ coming from somewhere and it hasn't been in the form of massive dilution No PND the Audit firm and the lawyer firm in NYC aren't cheap and they don't work for free so Someone that believes in COUV has been working hard to make things happen regardless of what some people think... I also highly suspect that hedge funds getting burned when this moved from .40 to 85 cents got someone complaining to the sec... or some other large player competition... G_M_E got halted because Shorts were getting burned bad.. protecting the hedge funds not INVESTORS
