Funny stuff. Now that the fantasy NDA buyers has been proven false .... one should also consider the words of the "letter" carefully and avoid other false information being touted of a done deal.
Think about it from the perspective of buying a house. You sign an agreement with seller agreeing on price subject to certain conditions. Easy one everyone understands is financing. So deal doesn't CLOSE and DONE until your financing comes through.
I would still put the information in the "letter" in the positive category but its fairly obvious ECSL investors aren't seeing it that way so far today. Money talks. The rest .... well ... ya know.
I have my popcorn and watching the fun. Still don't think it is a sell event. Breakdown below .90 won't likely be good though.
