It shouldn't scare anyone. SCIE was Caveat Emptor. This year, the SEC has only suspended 4 tickers (out of 10,000+). Every one of the suspensions was for a Caveat Emptor stock. There are 1,000+ Caveat Emptor stocks. The SEC would have to suspend most of them before it starts to go after Pink No Information stocks.
