Nice explantions:

1: Could be, we have no idea of the float - they may wanted to 250:1 r/s to eliminate the smaller shareholders and shift control for an easier buyout or whatever.

2: Also seems likely since Zantos meeting as well as emials from the company offered no information or insight.

3: Could the debt load of gotten a little heavy and they tapped most of their available financing. They do the R/S in attempt to increase share price (waiting news release and explanation), dillute as needed to meet needs and continue with audited financials in preparation for the big boards.

I don't know I'm so confused by this company.

You must have misunderstood me David, I said the only logical reason could be that, however, i don't think that is the reason, because he said that eventually they planned on being on the bigboard, which means they will keep it public...

...that said, guys, the reason why none of this makes sense is simply because the company has no experience with the markets, quite simply, they don't know what they're doing IMO...
