LOL...ECOS's 1 for 2000 R/S in 2014 took everyone out with nothing left. FINRA and the SEC blocked the processing of Siegels R/S request for 8 months and my 1500 shares left (after the split from that fiasco) are still in one of my E-trade accounts as a reminder.
'Disgorgement' is the only logical reason for this activity now IMO...do your own DD.
I've been told this morning that some brokers are no longer accepting sell orders for CE stocks as of today??
